One great advantage of the Brittany holiday cottage with private pool is the gym, public gyms in Brittany are not as accessible as in the UK.
The closest public gym is located in Pontivey, so having a gym on site at the Brittany holiday cottages / Gites is a bonus.
Today just for a bit of fun I lifted some weight above my head to see how much I could and found 100 kg relatively easy, I did not push it any further to avoid injury as I was lacking in technique.
Guest staying at La Forge and La Veille Maison are more than welcome to use the gym during their holiday.
