Yesterday she prepared a dish that brought fond memories of her childhood flooding back Chikalang -  Pandan glutinous rice cakes.

These rice cookies have a wonderful caramelized coconut topping and originate from Mindanao.

As with all her Filipino recipes, Naomi presented it in English.
