It was chest and triceps today but still tool it easy as my back improves over the last few weeks since the injury rose its ugly head.
I started of by doing 7 sets of incline bench press using the extreme gripz starting of with a couple of sets using 60 kg and finishing of at 90 kgs for 6 reps.
Then I did 4 sets of incline dumbbell presses with a pause at the bottom of each rep - it was then on to triceps with 6 sets of cable push downs.
