Started of with 6 sets of leg extensions to pre - exhaust my quads up to 70 kgs then went on to 6 sets of front squats finishing of at 120 kgs for 6 reps.
Then it was 4 sets of leg curls followed by 4 sets of Romanian dead lifts to hit my leg biceps.
You always know that the workout went well when its sore to go up and down stairs...lol
