Naomi has been weight training and body building at
the gym / health center located at our Brittany holiday cottage near Baud since the start of 2013 and her progress has been fantastic.
The
gym at our holiday cottage provides enough variety of exercises to complete whole body workouts for all levels, from those starting out to competitive body builders.
