Started of with 3 sets of leg extensions to warm up my quads and knees then performed 7 sets of front squats finishing on 3 reps for 110kg - the problem with front squats is not the weight for the legs but the ability to hold the bar on your neck , it's either to high on your neck and your finding it hard to breath or if its to low then it starts rolling down your chest.
Why do front squats? Because they put more stress on your quads and can create more of an outer sweep in your thighs.
It was then 7 sets of leg extensions followed by 5 sets of leg curls.
