With the swimming pool closing at the end of September at the Brittany holiday cottage La Forge, last year in the last week of operation the pool pump died on us so we started our research this week to find another.
The last pump was bought from a swimming pool retailer near Lorient for 550 euro a ESPA Silver 12 meter pool pump, since that purchase 3 years ago I've established how expensive a lot of retailers are compared to internet purchases but was absolutely gobsmacked to see how cheap I found it on the internet......259 euro with free delivery.
Just shows how much mark up there is! I've already said to Naomi that at that price we might as well buy 2 so we have a spare.
The swimming pool will be opened at the start of March ready for our first guest that are arriving on 5th April at La Forge the Brittany holiday cottage with private heated swimming pool.
