For back I did the following:
6 sets of ultra wide grip pull downs to the rear (60 inch bar)
4 sets front pull downs
4 sets narrow grip pull downs to front
4 sets of dead lifts
Using the 60 inch pull down bar to create a wide back |
For biceps:
4 sets of ez barbell curls using the extreme fat gripz.
As my biceps are already pr- exhausted from doing the back exercises, no need for any more sets.
The gym is available all year round for our guest to enjoy staying in either La Forge or La Veille maison.
