Started of with 6 sets of leg extensions up to 70 kgs trying to get 20 reps on each set.
Then it was 6 sets of front squats and I performed the warm up sets with a 10 second pause at the bottom before driving up and finished with the final 2 sets on 100 kg - then it was 5 sets of leg curls to finish.
