Started of with 4 sets of leg extensions to warm up my knees then it was on to 6 sets of deep front squats then back for another 4 sets of leg extensions.

18 sets in 40 minutes then back in the house for dinner - perfect!
It's wonderful having the gym literally on your door step - making it easy for all our guest wishing to train while on holiday at either La Forge or La Veille Maison a very simple mission.
