The weather this late in to October has been wonderful as was the case last year and its always nice to pop down to the coast on these bright sunny days.
We had a full moon last night and it was an extremely high tide today and the sea was quite rough.
The beach at Carnac had almost been covered in water when we arrived and with a rough sea loads of people were out enjoying the surf using power kites.

Carnac is just a 40 minute drive from La Forge and La Veille Maison
